Saša Blagojević is a network architect and engineer based in Niš, Serbia, with more than fifteen years in operator networks. He has designed, built and run networks for internet service providers, wireless ISPs and MDU operators — from the access layer and radio links to aggregation, the core and the BGP edge.

He works across vendors: MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper and Edgecore with OcNOS. That is why our recommendations do not depend on what hardware we sell — we don’t sell any. We choose what fits the network, the budget and the team that will run it.

What that means for you

• The person who scopes the project is the person who delivers it. No hand-offs through layers of account managers.
• Documentation is written for your team, not for us. The goal is a network you can run without us.
• Changes are planned in maintenance windows, with a rollback plan and before/after measurements.

Training and community

Saša holds every current MikroTik certification and is a MikroTik Certified Trainer, as well as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider and CCNP Data Center. He has spoken at MikroTik MUM events and at WISPAPALOOZA in Las Vegas. He teaches MikroTik courses only as private courses for teams, on request.

Work with operators led to a second practice: AI in a private environment, with no data sent to foreign clouds — Private AI for clinics, law firms and accounting firms, and the AI NOC (Motrael) for operators.
